Health Volunteers Overseas (HVO) » WHO WE ARE

For 26 years, HVO has been sending health care professionals overseas to teach and train their counterparts in developing countries. Over 4,500 volunteers have traveled overseas to share their knowledge, skills and enthusiasm in over 8,000 assignments across four continents. Their work has been an essential step toward the improvement of global health care quality and access.
