We are known and respected, worldwide, for individual and group missionary international travel. As of yet, the unpublished missionary fares we represent are not allowed to be publicly featured on our website to protect its integrity so that unauthorized individuals are not allowed their use. Contractually, they are able to be used either TO the US or FROM the US. However, they are not able to be used on itineraries from outside the country to somewhere else abroad. They are not instant purchase fares but, rather, fares allowed to be placed on a courtesy hold to retain the low booking class of service the reservation was originally made. The intent is to retain this lower fare while the Lord works through the faithful to make the funds available. Further, you are allowed a change of date on your return without the normal airline penalty of $150-$250 for any change to an international itinerary. Be sure to include your dates of travel and all the names of your travelers in that seats may not be taken from airline inventory without a name.

Each month we send updated travel information and travel tips submitted by our missionaries by email. If you are not already included in this contact, please send me your email address for inclusion. We send an “opt-out” button on each mailing so you are able to discontinue it whenever you would like. Our clients are large missionary organizations that most Christians are aware and those whom may not be known to you at all. After you have completed your search for discount flights, you will be given the option to book your flights online or call us. When purchasing your cheap international airline tickets online, you will receive a booking confirmation email with all your flight details within minutes after your booking has been completed. Many of our clients are student travelers who are also eligible for missionary or humanitarian fares. Now, representing international student fares, we are able to assist in making sure the airfares you pay are the very lowest available.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW:



There is not just one fare from the United States to your international destination. The fare depends upon the airline booking class available on each leg of your flight. Booking class determines the price based upon ridership of each segment of the flight. As the plane fills up, the price increases. It is all about supply and demand - The greater the demand the greater the cost.

Our web sites www.MissionaryAirfareSearch.com or www.HumanitarianAirfare.com do not display unpublished missionary fares. You must contact us directly. The airlines are understandably strict about maintaining the integrity of these fares and depend on our good reputation to not sell to corporate or vacation travelers.

You must travel with identification, which links you to your student body, humanitarian agency, or church. Gate agents are instructed to “spot-check” every so often.

Passports must be valid for 6 months after travel is completed. TSA security will deny you boarding.

FUEL SURCHARGES: This past week the airlines imposed the first (of what promises to be) continuing fuel surcharges. Crude was already at $90 a barrel before the problems in the Middle East began. The reason for the “stepladder approach” is to minimize public reaction. Be aware that neither taxes nor fuel surcharges are ever guaranteed until time of ticketing. Buy now. Waiting could cost as much as $200 per ticket from today’s prices.

When you call our agency and provide the names of your passengers and their birth dates, we will email you an itinerary, fare, and place your seats on a courtesy hold to maintain the base fare. If you do the same with another agency, you have created a double booking. The airlines will automatically cancel both your reservations. Be careful! The airlines do not sanction this common practice and now have the software to monitor such activity.

DON’T BE COMPLACENT WITH OLD RELATIONSHIPS: Be sure and compare airfare quotes against ours. Several well-known travel agencies now are owned by foreign banks and their prices no longer appear competitive. Be sure and tell us the best fare you have been quoted. We will not build a duplicate record unless we are lower than your best fare so you are not disadvantaged in any way.
