VIDA offers dental volunteer adventures to Central America for pre-dent students, dentists, and other interested people from around the world.

VIDA forms groups that come to Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama for 1 to 2 weeks. During that time, our volunteers work alongside local health professionals to offer free clinics to communities with limited resources.

Student volunteers gain great hands-on experience in the field of dentistry as well as a close encounter with the local culture they could find in ordinary tourism.

Dentists are able to change their pace of life, treat people in great need and become mentors to the future of dentistry.
